Numbers for July in Dallas were just released today and for the year, sales are up 3% over the same period last year. With that said, July sales were down a whopping 29% over last year (condo's and town homes are down 37%). Even with the fall off in prices there was a 1% increase in prices so not all news is bad.With the lack of constant sales you may find yourself in the position of the reluctant landlord.
