I have a client who has a time share at Sunbay in Hot Springs Arkansas and has asked me to sell it. The time share company wants to sell it for $7,400 and pay the owner a measly $1000 and keep the rest in commission. Has anyone ever sold a timeshare? If so, what was the process, how did you advertise etc?

Unfotunatly a time share is almost impossible to sell unless they are willing to accept next to nothing.
